I am all about enjoying life and sharing my adventures with others.  There are those of you who may be trying to decide if you want to visit a given area.  There are others who maybe can't visit a given area but would like to see it.  This is where I can help.  I am here to give you a glimpse of the area though what I see, as in A Burke's Eye View.  It's just like taking a real trip except you don't have to deal with the bugs, the cold or the heat.  I do all that for you.

I also want to provide you with an awesome and relaxed experience as I capture unique moments in your life.  Special moments happen throughout the lifespan.  I understand that no two special moments are alike, just as no two people are exactly alike.  I do not try to make you fit into any one mold.  I don't even think I own a mold.  I will listen to your desires for the photo session.  Now, while I am not opposed to rolling around on the ground to get the perfect shot, I probably would not want to hang upside down over a pit of poisonous snakes to do so.  However, if you want to take a portrait holding your pet poisonous snake, I'm okay, as long as you are holding it.

Life is stressful enough, I don't need to add to that stress for a portrait that shows the world how happy we want them to think we are.  Relax and enjoy the moment.  Let's make a memory, not just a portrait.

Our Story

While I am the photographer for this site, it would not be complete without my husbands involvement.   He is the main reason I started pursuing my passion for photography again in the first place.  I also do not go on many vacations without him, so many of the pictures featured on this site and that I sell, would not be possible if not for him being a part of this.  He is also my main source of encouragement.

We are past the midpoint in our lives.  I for one, do not think I will live to see one hundred and six and Michael is older than I.  I happen to be a Lymphoma survivor.  This little hiccup in life taught us not to take our time on earth for granted.  It woke us up to our mortality and helped us realize how precious our time together is.  That is why we wanted to find something we could focus on together.  This is it!

We are packing as much life into living as we possibly can.  This is what this site is all about.  Living life and sharing our experiences with others.  We truly hope that we have brought a smile or two to your life as you browse through this site.  Be sure to visit our site often as we will be updating and changing it around as we travel through life.

Welcome to our great adventure!
